In some rare circumstances, you may receive damaged merchandise due to the shipping courier, you may want to return your product, or the product you ordered may be temporarily out of stock, otherwise known as a "back order." Our goal is to make the buying experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Pre-orders and Special Order Cancellation Policy
When you place your order with us for a pre-order we assure that a bike will be sent to you, therefore, we cannot cancel the order. Any pre-order cancellation that has not shipped will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Your other option is to pick a similar model that is in stock and ready to ship.
