Now, to the assembly part:
1. Open the shipping box of the box by cutting all nylon straps. Remove all staples with the appropriate tools.
2. Take out the bicycle from the box and remove the wheel for later on.
3. Place the bicycle upside down, carefully, and position the wheel into place, making sure the washer is on the outside.
4. As you tighten the bolts on, make sure the disc fits into the brake, and the washer fits into the notch cut out for it.
5. The brake disc has to be completely centered for the rider’s safety.
6. Grab the handlebar stem from the accessory box and tighten it on from the top.
7. Unscrew the two bolts and slide the handlebar into its place. Make sure it is centered then tighten the bolts back up again.
