How To Assemble The E-Mojo Breeze Electric Beach Cruiser Bike

The brand E-Mojo is sometimes confused with the word Emoji, but anyway, the brand is definitely one of the best brands to look for out there. If you go to their website at www.emojobike.com, you will see their product line consisting of the Breeze, Cougar, E-1, Hurricane, Lynx and Wildcat. So why choose an E-Mojo in the first place? E-Mojo electric bikes are simply the righteous way to live by saving the environment while being wise on your finances at the same time. Their bicycles are lightweight, easy to ride, low maintenance, possess amazing features and value, look great and above all, environment-friendly.

The E-Mojo Breeze electric beach cruiser is what we are really interested here in this article especially how to assemble it. Let’s start with the features of the Breeze first. The Breeze has an alloy frame with a hassle-free 500 watt electric motor and 7-speed gearing. It also has a comfortable saddle and 26” tires that make a smooth ride over any terrain. It provides 3 pedal assist modes, high, mid and low.  It also has 5 power levels. You should find a controller right next to the grip. You could also engage the motor with the use of a thumb throttle just right next to the grip. This is where the 7-speed Shimano gear shifter is located. There is a reason why the bike is called the Breeze. You can achieve a maximum speed of 20 miles per hour on the Breeze, and a distance of 28 miles for every single charge. The high quality Lithium Samsung battery can last for years and make sure that your bike could travel faster and further.

The motor type is DC brushless and for this model has a power of 500 watts. It also has rated voltage of 36 volts. You can charge the battery from empty to full in 4-6 hours. The bike measures 75 inches X 28 inches X 43 inches. It can carry a maximum user weight of 230 lbs. The total weight of the battery is 52.4 lbs. The front brake type is tektro disc as well as the rear brake. The tire size is 1.75 R 26 Kenda. You can select from several battery choices. There is a standard battery of 36 volts and 10 AH. Most people are totally satisfied and it gives more than enough range and power and it is also the most affordable option. It has an estimated range of 15-30 miles. For long range, a battery of 36 volts and 15 AH is also available. For powerful performance, you can choose a 48 volt battery 15 AH. It is best for riders who are over 200 lbs and who wish to go on steep hills or strong headwinds. The power makes the battery more exciting and fun to ride. It has an estimated range of 20-40 miles. For premium performance, there is a battery with 48 volts and 15 AH. This is the most popular option, it has all the power of the 48 V 10 AH and the extended range of the 36 V 15 AH. It has an estimated range of 30-60 miles. It als comes with a perfectly woven front basket that fits perfectly on the front of the bicycle.

Now, to the assembly part:
 1. Open the shipping box of the box by cutting all nylon straps. Remove all staples with the appropriate tools.
2.  Take out the bicycle from the box and remove the wheel for later on.
3.  Place the bicycle upside down, carefully, and position the wheel into place, making sure the washer is on the outside.
4.  As you tighten the bolts on, make sure the disc fits into the brake, and the washer fits into the notch cut out for it.
5. The brake disc has to be completely centered for the rider’s safety.
6.  Grab the handlebar stem from the accessory box and tighten it on from the top.
7. Unscrew the two bolts and slide the handlebar into its place. Make sure it is centered then tighten the bolts back up again.
8. Ensure that they are tight so the handlebar doesn’t move while you ride.
9. Stand the bicycle upside down again. Place the front fender into position to prepare for installation. Tighten the bolt on both sides of the fork.
10. Tighten the bolt at the top of the fender.
11. Tighten the pedals with the correct tool.
12. Hold down the “M” button to turn on the control panel. The “+” and “-“ buttons adjust  the power.



It is also important to know the terms of agreement of the bicycle. Every distributor has a different warranty and license agreement. You may look at the website or you can read the fine print that comes with the bicycle. As for the manufacturer’s warranty, you can return your electric bicycle to EMOJO within 7 days from the date received for a refund or an exchange. You may contact EMOJO for a Return and Exchange Authorization Form at support@emojobike.com. Once REA is issued, you are going to be emailed an REA number with return instructions. You should have the REA number on the form when you ship the bike back. For return shipping charges, if the unit was bought with a free shipping promotion, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If the bike is returned, EMOJO is going to issue a return shipping label. Previous shipping charges are going to be refunded. Returned units are subject to $100 restocking and inspection fee. After receiving, inspecting and processing the returned bicycle, a refund is going to be issued in approximately 2-4 weeks. The unit has also to be returned in a new-like condition, with all the packaging, accessories and documentation. Any shipping damages during the return might incur a deduction from the total refund. The customer is going to be responsible for any damages during the return which results in a deduction of your refund.
